Villagers wearing your clothes that you give them?

How long do they wear it before they change?

Since i gave Beau a shirt of mine around December 26 or 27, She is still wearing it.. Is it normal or not?

As long as they want to I guess. Some of my villagers change shirts every few days. Others have kept their same shirts for almost 2 months regardless of any new clothing coming their way.

it used to be if you mailed them a shirt theyd wear that or wear designs in town however now it seems random with no way or knowing what theyll do.
