I get attatched to my villagers. Al just moved and I already feel like there's a big empty 'Al' space in my heart. I know there are 'better' villagers, but I just loved him so much. I'm hoping to get a new villager as soon as possible. But I can't hep but miss the big guy.

Does anyone else have a hard time letting villagers go? Or does anyone else get too attatched to some villagers?

I was so sad when Lobo left me during summer vacations! I eventually got over it but he'll always be in my heart ;_;

I was devastated when tammy left my town, once I eventually cycle 16 I really wanna try and get her back ;-;

It depends on the villager, some of them I am glad to get rid of, others are kinda difficult to let go after you've kept them for a while. It's especially hard not to feel bad when you let them move out and they act kind of sad to leave.

Oh, I know what you mean. It's hard to let them go after spending so much time with them. I just wish they had more unique traits, it feels weird feeling sad for letting Robin and a few days later Ankha replaces her, who speaks and acts JUST like Robin.

I read the title of this topic as 'Villager on villager crime.' Yeah, I just woke up.

I have a really hard time letting villagers go, but at the same time I surprisingly get over it easily when they do leave, or maybe it is just because the villagers I want to keep most have not left. I really liked Gayle, though.

Awwe, I know how you feel. A few days ago Aurora left my town (too much TTing, oops) q_q and I never wanted to let her go.. it just happened. It made me feel all emotional that I saved her goodbye-letter with picture attached. Atleast she moved to my boyfriend's town, so there is that. I can still visit her ;<

..But then there will be new Aurora's.. Or new Al's. It gets better eventually.

unless Flurry moves, then the world goes down. ;A;

Yeah I know the feeling, I was really upset when Chief left. I was only letting him leave because I thought I was getting Rasher!

i get sad whenever any villager moves. i oftentimes have second thoughts, which is why i hold onto them for so long. but croque finally showed up on my main street for the first time so i have solace that they will be there.

Most of my villagers I would never let go.
Even if like 2 of my favorite villagers are Tier 5.

Yes ;_; in my previous town i had for a year and 2 months only 6 villagers moved, and 3 were by accident

I was pretty sad when I let chadder move out...
and I was devastated When Gruff moved out unexpectedly
:,(

I get really attached to villages and that would cause me to have anxiety attacks that would lead to me resetting my town. But now that I've actually let a few villagers move out and continued playing, I find that I don't get as attached as easily and believe that I should be happy my villagers get the chance to leave home and live out their dreams. Especially the starters because they've been in that one town their whole lives and it is only natural that they would want to leave. So I think they deserve the opportunity (except for Ruby -- she's never leaving!).

I'm with you there, it is strange having one you get attached to move out, only to have one later move in who does pretty much the same thing. I'm glad they they at least have a few differences to help give the illusion that they aren't just mirror characters, other than character design, they also have their own exterior and interior housing, catchphrase/saying, starting shirt, K.K. song, and umbrella. These are all rather small, but they at least help to make it seem as if they are different. Wish there was more things they would add to give even more uniqueness to villagers.
