Villagers moving out

I can only ever get 1 villagers to move out at a time
Which makes my total 9
But I really want to get a random villager-- but how can I if they only move out one at a time when there's 10 of them!

Do you know any tips??

Even when you have nine villagers someone will ask you to move out (always one at a time). Just don't invite a tenth villager and wait till you're down to eight. Then, some time in the next week a random villager should move in, usually of a personality you don't have yet.

Yeah I guess thats good!
But last time I went for about 2 months without a tenth villager..
