villagers moving in after you make a new town.

hey, so, is it guaranteed that 4 more villagers will move in consecutively after you make your town? or can there be gap days?

i've just made a new town & i want to get the stress over with by plot resetting, regardless of who moves in.

There is sometimes a gap between the 8th and 9th villager. This gap can last up to a week. But it's possible that a new villager moves before the week is through. Don't know if they changed this after the upgrade.
