Villagers houses?

Hello so I'm a little confused on villagers houses.
When I move in someone from a campsite they have the same house as the villager before them.
Is there anyway to change the house to like the 2nd villagers house?

If I move them out and have someone hold them for me and move them back in will there house be there own house?

its a current glitch!! i dont know what causes it but its a glitch going around right now

Oh I didn't know it was a glitch! Thank you I hope I can get there original houses by moving them out and back in

Yeah, that's a glitch. If Nintendo were able to fix "i moved out" glitch, I don't think what a harmless thing like a glitched house exterior would be hard to fix(but I can't say for sure, I know nothing about game development)
