Villagers freezing?

Lately, every day one of my villagers gets stuck trying to sing and either stands there frozen in a pose or sings one note. Also, one of my villagers got stuck in a cycle of changing outfits nonstop outside her house. Is this normal?

My Lolly sometimes got suck changing outfits. After I moved her out and scanned her back in (done to get rid of the starter house), I haven't seen that issue again.

I've heard ppl say their villagers will sometimes stand and sing one note nonstop, but for me it's every day with a diff person. Also i dont time travel i'm not connected to internet and i've been playing less than a month. My island isnt cluttered... i just now got 5 stars today.

I dont use amiibos... BUT.. i have been gifting them iron wall lamps a lot.. now that i think about it.

Do you happen to have music players nearby? It could be the reason they're freaking out. Perhaps remove all of the music players on your island and see if the issue is resolved. I've never had this happen to me, but I've seen this kind of glitch happen before through someone else's experience.

A couple of my villagers sometimes get stuck sitting down as if they were listening to someone singing.
To fix it I save and reload, but it’s only happened two or three times!
