Villagers aren't wanting to move?

I'm trying to get Ruby to move out. I've been trying the 14 day one and then I also tried traveling 10 years at a time (Which usually worked 90% of the time for me! It's how I moved Marina and Freya out) but every time Ruby is in her house and I can't even find anyone with a thought bubble???

Am I doing something wrong or did they change how often villagers wanted to move? (I had no issue getting Flo out, however I wasn't really actively trying to get Flo out this morning)

10 years at a time?? You def don't need to be that drastic.

Have you been talking to every villager besides the one you want to move out as you time travel one day at a time for the 15 days?

You only need to do two weeks at a time. It is seemingly random who asks to move out, but like what the above poster said, I've had luck talking to every single villager except the one I want to move out. Then I'll travel two weeks into the future. It usually works after a few tries.

If Ruby is your most recent move in I've found (for myself) they're more difficult to move out. But pretty much used the same method mentioned above.

Thank you! After a while of TTing I was able to get her to move! (She's in boxes now yayy!!)

Funny though, she was always telling me she wanted to move but when I actually did want her to move she never did LOL
