Villager Suggestions for a Clown/Circus Town?

I recently got back into ACNL to start developing a circus town, and I wanted some recommendations for villagers!

There are only two villagers who I think count as genuine clown villagers, Pietro and Marcel, the former of which I already have and the latter of which I'm going to get. I also got Chester and Limberg as random move-ins, and as both of them remind me of clowns, I'll likely be keeping them.

So, what I'm looking for are recommendations for villagers who have a circus-y or clown-y feeling to them, even if they aren't true clowns, and alternatively, villagers who have such goofy faces that even if they aren't clowns, they're still humorous to look at.

Big Top immediately comes to mind when I think of circus themed villagers. Though I don't know if you would want 3 lazies.

Astrid: she’s colorful and has face paint
Muffy maybe .

Those are the only two that I could think of that you didn’t mention.
Also, the balloon furniture series might match very well with that theme.

I did not realize there was a villager called Big Top, that's actually the name of my town, oops!!!!! I'll strongly have to consider him just for the name, haha!

Thank you for the suggestions, Astrid is a good one! Muffy is also an interesting choice, although I have her in another town and I don't like having doubles across towns.

Thank you for the suggestions! I think a lion would definitely make sense, so maybe Rory will be the one I choose?

How about Beardo? He looks like an old-fashioned circus ringmaster to me! An elephant like Dizzy or Margie could be cool too?
