Villager should be in tier 1?

Which villager do you think should get in Tier 1? Explain your reason! Express your opinion!

My vote is Julian. I see him in sigs a lot and people have bid very high on him and snatching him in giveaways.

Julian's been in Tier 1 before. I get the feeling he will likely be boosted back up to Tier 1 as soon as Hound00med has enough time to make an update.

Maple for sure, but personally I'd say Keaton and Charlise, I think they are absolutely adorable and need more recognition.

My favourite on that list is Maple, but in terms of popularity absolutely Julian. I'm not a fan of his design, but who wouldn't want a unicorn in their town? According to sigs almost nobody.

I thought Bob already was tier 1, but I guess not. I also like him the most out of that list. If he wasn't on the list I would probably pick Maple.

I really liked punchy! he's so adorable but he fits in tier 2 imo
Julian on the other hand is tier one material!! he looks so majestic

i think in terms of popularity, julian should definitely be in tier 1. I also think flurry should be too, but not as much as julian.

He's a magical unicorn and who doesn't love a majestic, fabulous unicorn?
I'm surprised he's not in tier 1 considering his popularity.
He's in a lot of signatures and completed dream towns.

I went with Tia. I see a lot of people want her. I saw Julian, but I thought he was already tier 1. Eh you people an your tiers confuse me.
