Villager question

If a villager moves out and then you have 9 villagers. Will another one automatically move in or does one only move in if you ask from campsite. Sorry i might have worded this weird!

Once you have 9 nobody else will randomly move in. You have to get one by asking them to move in

Yup yup the 10th always has to be invited.

You can also get a tenth from someones void if they visit your town, you visit their town, or you streetpass them

It?s better to invite a villager to your town though, so you get a villager you like.
