Villager plot resetting help!

ok so i don't know what to do and i'm scared if i TT backwards he will move in... This will make sense if i explain the story:

So I brought Marshal of here for 10 million bells, i TT to the next day so i can plot rest him, not thinking right i thought i could put his house next to Lolly's but i can't because the bridge is in the way, if i TT backwards will he move in and his house will show up or will it not show up so i can remove the bridge and TT forward to plot rest him? Sorry if that doesn't make sense it was hard to try and explain it

Just TT back to the day you invited him and you won't find his plot anywhere which will allow you to demolish the bridge. But I recommend starting that day with a new character and scouting the town just in case.
