I know that, on your birthday, the villagers throw you a little party. If you have the same birthday as a villager in your town, will they do two seperate parties, a joint party or will only one birthday be celebrated?

This may seem like a silly question, but I've never been to a villager birthday party or celebrated my birthday in New Leaf.

There are two separate parties. They do yours as soon as you load your game like normal, and once you leave yours you can go to the villager's like you normally do.

Your birthday is celebrated immediately at the start of the day, and then you can start playing normally. This means that if you share a birthday, the parties will not overlap. The other villager's party will last all day.

Oops lol Bulbadragon beat me to it

Thanks, you guys! I have Lolly moving into my town soon, and we share a birthday, so I was curious to see what would happen. :)
