The eight pics are by the Train Station. They're next to fruit (which I lay out for Dream Addresses).

Placement of Lucky's pic should go there. There should be enough space in front of the town, already with lots of hybrid roses, to place the hybrids you're bringing. (I will, of course, re-arrange those later.)
