Villager outfits question

DX So I went to Lucky's house and began to talk to him over and over, and then he changed to a green shirt with I think a 6 on it. I said it looked okay on him, and he decided to keep it on. Will he ever change back? I want him to have his white shirt again!

try sending a letter to him and attach a shirt as a gift. it's possible he may start to wear your shirt.

i've tried this several times with my villagers too

Ah, ok. I may even try to get something that matches with his mummy wraps and put it up as a design so he might wear it.
