Villager Moving Question?

I'm sorry I'm SURE this has been asked before but I didn't see it and I just really want to know?

I currently have 9 villagers and am waiting to get Lolly (From a cycler, as soon as she asks to move I'll be getting her). I've asked and it appears that I CAN get her even with 9 villagers,but will I have any random villager move ins?? I've been trying to keep from letting the time advance to the next day, but just in case I forget to change the time back to 6:01 am tonight or any other night before I get her, will that leave my town at risk to any random villagers moving in???

just don't go anywhere without adopting her because you might get a voided villager. no i don't think you can get a random move in if you have 9 villagers. not sure if thats true though

yeah you can get void and streetpass villagers but you can't get like a normal move in so i've heard.

Your 10th and final villager can only either be from the void (through streetpass/wi-fi) or wi-fi from others (so going to their town and asking them to move in).

so as long as no one visits you with a recently voided villager (one that hasn't been cleared), you're okay. and of course, that you don't ask anyone else to move in or get campsite people to move in.

That's correct. 10th can only be obtained from voids, campsites, and adoptions.

Try not to streetpass anyone and be careful linking up with people. These are both ways you can pick up a villager. If you don't do that you should be fine.

If any of your friends want to come over, it's better that they wait. Just because you stay on the same day won't prevent your game from locking onto a voided villager. If you want my advice, don't use the online play with other ppl or streetpass until you've adopted Lolly.
