Villager moving in question

I searched but couldnt find the answer, forgive me if someone already answered this..

But can two villagers you ask to move into to your town (in the same day) move in at the same time or do they move in at separate days?

I might actually cry if one of them ends up not moving in

(I have room for both I just don't know if they'll come at the same time)

I do not think they do at the same time. As long as you have room, I guess you can ask both.

I realized that Paula wasn't moving out on time so I lost Maple coming into my town
