Villager Moving In/Out (Not offering) Reply quickly!

Quick question, one of my sister's villagers are moving away tomorrow and Ankha is camping. Can she convince Ankha to move in or does she have to wait for the villager to move out.

Only if your sister has 10 now though, and it'll be 9 when the villager is gone. For a camper to accept your invite there has to be an open slot in your town, as in 9 or less villagers at that exact time.

sadly this is true, and you can't even go to her town and get the camper to move in to your village either.
