Villager Moving Help!!!!

Please keep in mind that my game was ONE day ahead during all of this!

Ok so I've had my villager patty let me know a few days ago that she would be moving on the 26th, so naturally I decided to go and find someone to trade a villager I'd prefer for her. Everything was fine except the person I'm trading with didn't actually have hers moving yet so I've been waiting for her to get her villager (Whitney) to ping her about moving.

Yesterday (the 24th irl, 25th IG) I TT'd back twelve hours (It was 7pm when i did this so it made it 7am) to make sure it wouldn't be past closing hours for my shops and to make sure it wouldn't go to the 26th if I fell asleep or something, so basically keep Patty in my town while I wait for the person I trade with.
An hour ago I kind of messed up and backed up to 5am-ish rather than 7am so now I am stuck with Patty in boxes at 12am on the 25th (the time she was still awake)

***My question here is, will I be able to TT to the 24th and have Patty still in boxes?*** (preferably in the afternoon at like 5/6pm)
I know the game days are reset or whatever at 6am so theoretically it sounds like I should be able to back up due to it being 12am on the 25th and she is here.
But I'm terrified of taking that risk of her moving out on accident just because i made it an actual day before /m\ which is why I'm here.

No you can no longer TT back past 6am any date, is better you remain on 25th (or the same day she is in the box) TT-ing to another day will result voiding her off~

So if the time right now is 12am on 25th, is best you once again, carefully TT to 7am on 25th.

Yeah, 7am on the same day should be fine

Hell, even 6:01am should be fine I believe.

The game treats any amount of "days" traveled backwards as traveling one day forward though, so TT to 6:00am on the same day or earlier wouldn't work and automatically void.

As long as you TT on the same date (do not change the date to 24 or 26 juz remain at 25) and from 7am is fine, 12am doesn't change anything since the game only reset at 6am.

Also, not sure if this changes anything, but when I initially TTd to 5am, I saved and quitted, made it 2:30am to check if Patty would be awake (she wasn't), then TTd again to 12:10am, when she was awake uou
(She's not anymore though)

O.O I don't understand your 2.30am and 12.10am? If you mean you have TT to 2.30am to check if she is awake or not but at 12am she is, that mean she is a night owl as different personality has a set of time they go to sleep and be awake =)

My best advice for you right now is, to avoid Patty being accidentally void, is best you rush the person to make slot asap and quickly adopt your villager =)

Yeah I suppose just TTing to stay around this time would be best..I just wanted to avoid it if I could since that means I have to sit here and TT every hour x.x

Don't have to sit there and do it every hour =D Let's say is night 12am at your place, but you set your AC time to 7am, keep track of what time 7pm will be in your RL so you can turn it on back and again TT back to 7am and remember HAS TO BE ON THE SAME DATE!

In Game is 12:11am (since I just TTd) on the 25th

So if I TT forward to 7am (staying on the 25th) in the game, will she still be here in boxes? Because at 12:11am (25th) she is.

I'm not sure why it matters what time it is in real life? Only ingame time/date matters for TTing.

If it's 12:11AM ingame (just after midnight), you are technically on the day of the 24th. New days in Animal Crossing start at 6AM, not at midnight. If you pass 6AM on the morning of the 25th, you've crossed into a new day and she will be gone.

You'll need to stay at a time after 6AM on the 24th but before 6AM on the 25th.

This. TTing to another new day will result in her leaving. It doesn't wait until the date she's moving out, it's counts down how many days are left. Don't TT past any point at 6:00 AM or else she will be gone. Be careful with that.
