Villager Moved Out Glitch Question

Does this glitch affect villagers who move out/in naturally? Let's say Frita moves out and then I invite Dom from a NMT island, is there a chance the glitch will come into play?

I don't think so? Let more people post their thoughts on it but I'm like 90% sure those villagers are fine. It seems to mostly be villagers from other towns, natural move out or not, it's something to do with travel from town to town I think.

I don't believe so. I have yet to get the glitched plot from random move ins or island villagers.

No, it only occurs when trading with others. Random move ins and NMT islands are safe.
