Villager Letter Thread!

So I really want to get more into writing letters for my villagers, especially in my town with all my favorite villagers... so to encourage everyone to write more often I'm starting this thread to post your notes to your townsfolk

Funny, sentimental, whatever! share with everyone else and comment on the ones you like!

I am writing a few to my villagers now! This one for Flurry is especially my favorite

I know how much you love to read, but I think its time you shared your stories with everyone! SO I bought you your own writing desk to become the next big author!

Most of my letters are excuses to give them presents!

When I want to send a villager a present (I'm pretty much always sending them letters to put key furniture back in their homes... Because I sell them things and deliver furniture and do things like that, so it's a constant back-and-forth from keeping everything looking good.), but don't know what to say, I'll write a haiku. I don't have an example right now, but next time I write a letter, I'll post it here (and if I could find the text from, say, my first letter to Julian, giving him a vanity and making unicorn lore references, because UNICORN NERD ALERT.)

Edit:
Today's letters to Zucker are both Haiku (Plus soime junk), trying to give him a Soda Case and a Flan Tank, respectively:

"Dear Zucker,
The clink of bottles;
condensation slides down
sides;
soda waits for you.

How's that for some art?

and a warm snack on top

I always send really nice welcoming letters to my villagers right when they move in. They're always really long and I try to be as nice as possible, I just get really happy when they reply and when they show me the letters months later saying "look!! this is the first letter you ever sent me!!"

I never know what to say in letters. I usually just say either what a good friend they are or talk about the weather or something. XD

This is what I write to Pekoe today after finding three letters from her in my mail box:
Dear Pekoe,
Thanks for all of the letters you sent me! I love hearing from you, and surprise letters are always the best.

this makes me want zucker back... But I don't know to put him into my fav villager town (replacing Papi, because Lopez and Ohare aren't going anywhere) or into my Skyrim themed town... replacing Beau or Wolfgang, and beating out Drago (who I should def have in there anyway)

Oh, man, those are some hard decisions to be made. I'm not sure if either of those ideas are good trades, but maybe that is because I think Papi is just unhaltingly excellent.
(Also, Lopez? Excellent choice. Totally. I miss him so much.)

I always write them letters saying;

Present

Because villagers recognise rude words that aren't allowed to be used in names, etc. they will also recognise bad spelling, grammar, and these four words will make them happy; friend, friends, hello, present

I usually write to villagers about certain stuff that has happened (either on acnl or in real life), letters are a good way of letting your feelings out if you don't feel like talking to someone

I usually make the first letter weird/insulting so they crack it out months later, and Coco shows me the letter where I tell her her face is creepy as all heck and she says "sometimes I carry it around with me because it makes me so happy!!!".

I recently stopped eating Pork, so I sent Hugh (a blue pig) a letter saying something along the lines of;
'You'll be happy to know that I have stopped eating your brethren, I hope the perpetual elephant in the room has now gone, and we can become good friends'

I really want to write more letters to my villagers, now I hardly ever. It saddens me when I think of
my villagers sending letters to me and not getting letters back. I know how I would feel at least.

Haha, I should have done that with Clyde. At least then I would have a reason to talk to him.

Yeah I like giving my villagers present in the mail too. Heh e I love writing letters so I have no problems with it!
