Yup XD I've had that happen before!

Here's something that bothers me:
If a villager visits your home unexpectedly, they'll give you a gift if you keep talking to them. When a villager with the normal personality does this, they will sometimes say something like "I should have brought you a gift for inviting me over! I'm so scatterbrained!" despite the fact that they just gave you a gift.

I've heard of that happening before. Haha, gotta try that trick out sometime.
