Villager glitch?

I encountered 2 weird situations, where one is certainly a glitch and the other one I'm not sure about. First, I woke up and took a stroll around my island and noticed that Beau was right infront of his house (facing the door) and I could not interact with him in anyway. I couldn't push him or talk to him. Not sure why he suddenly got glitched but I came back from Harv's island and he was still glitched. The other encounter I had was I walked into Francine's house and she is walking around the house with a fishing rod. Not sure if this is a glitch but I've played since day 1 and never seen any villager carry around a fishing rod inside the house.

UPDATE: I went in and out of different houses and Beau finally decided to go inside his house. But it won't let me inside the house. I see the lights on in his house but I can't go in for some reason.

I don't know about 1 but 2 can also happen with a net, happened to me with Rosie and I'm not sure why it happens

Thanks! Yea it's not a big deal to be honest. Just wanted to see if it was a thing. I'm more worried about the first one.

As for the second one I've had Genji wear his raining outfit inside his home and it was not raining outside anymore. There's times were you cannot move a villager from a certain location. For instance once I couldn't move Sherb. Why? He was looking at the shooting stars. I talked to him and mentioned the stars. Eventually he moved out of the way.

I saw someone yesterday who reported the first glitch. I think they said that saving and exiting the game, then restarting the console fixed it?

I had that second glitch before with the Francine on my island.

I just saved and exited the game and I still cannot enter or interact with Beau's house at all. And now it's happening to Fang's house too. Not sure his house was also glitched before or not but just went around and checked everyone's house and his house is affected as well.

Did you restart the console entirely? I distinctly remember that's what the other person did to fix it.
