💙🦄 Villager Discussion: Julian! 🦄💙

So the other day I got Julian's card in a pack. I never really considered him a dreamie because I have other smugs I enjoy more, but it is cool to have his card anyway. Today, I scanned him in so I can move Coco to another spot and get her back to original again. I'm about to box him up, but as I started to do other things I didn't get to it yet. So now he's in one of my favorite spots of my town, whistling and dancing to the town tune (and it's 6pm in my town, gorgeous time of day), and I can definitely understand the appeal! He's so cute! I may just have to bring him back in later.

Anyway, what do you think of Julian? If not him, who is your favorite Smug? My favorite at the moment is Shep.

My favourite smug is Shep, the silver-tongued sheepdog. He's such a flirt, I do declare he gives me the vapours!

My favourite smug has been Marshal for the longest time, but Julian does come close to Marshal. I think Julian's a cool looking smug and a cool smug overall, but he does stick out like a sore thumb because of his colour scheme. I don't think his colour schemes horrible, I just prefer more subtle villagers, hence why i've liked Marshal for the longest time. Although I do think Julian fits the smug personality really, really well.

Yeah Colton is another one of my faves. I kinda feel like he would fit the lazy personality more though!

Agreed! Marshall is cool too but I only had him once for like a couple weeks in an old town so I never got attached to him. I do like his design though. For me I tend to love the colorful villagers since my town is a fairytale town. But i am planning to start a second town that's more forest so I will want more subtle villagers there.

I feel like one of the only who think Julian is an ugly villager? For smugs I prefer Phil or Marshal.

He's been in my town for a while, I think I'm ready to call him a dreamie he's so cute and friendly. So regal too!

He's the best smug villager there is!! He's a unicorn! There needs to be a female unicorn in this game though.. preferably pink

I was lucky enough to have Jullian move right next to my house. I was so excited, he's definitely my favorite Smug. Phil and Zell are also cool, and I loved Ed back in CF when he was a Jock but Jullian is just so awesome. He's the only villager I have who's given me their picture more than once (not counting April Fools). Outside his house I spent a long time getting enough blue roses and blue pansies to surround it.

The only appeal I see to Julian is that he's the only unicorn in the game and that's about it. I don't know if it's just me or if this happens to other people too but I feel like sometimes have different experiences with the same personalities. So when he randomly moved into my town I was keen to see what he was like because I know people who would give their firstborn child to have him in their town but I just didn't click wth him like I did with Henry (who is my fav smug)

Julian was part of the original nine villagers in one of my earlier New Leaf towns.I was constantly worried about him because he kept bumping into stuff since he never opened his eyes....heh.I thought he was okay but I really didn't like the horse villagers at the time so I gave him to a big Julian fan over on ACC.

I was originally never a big fan of Julian. When I created my newest town, he was one of my starting villagers. After having him, I adore him. I love the smug personality, so that's a big plus. It's nice to think of a blue unicorn roaming my forest.

I think he is pretty cool. He was one of the first villagers who moved into my town. He is pretty funny and I love his house design too. He asks to move the most though. (Stupid high friendship)

Julian is a cutie <3 But he's not my favorite smug, my favorite smug of all time is ( surprisingly not marshal ) Shep. Julian is so cute and unique though because he's the only unicorn in the series <3 He's very pretty and he's BLUE which is my favorite color, so he's excellent in my book.
