If I kick a villager out can I get that villager back in after doing that or do i have to wait certain number of villagers before I can get them back using an amiibo?

If you have their amiibo you should be able to get them back immediately. I had Whitney move out and then I moved her right back in like the next day

Ok thanks because I think in new leaf (correct me if i'm wrong) you had to wait 5 villagers before you could get that villager back.

I was not aware of that lol! But I do know that with new horizons the 16 villager cycling wait no longer applies either. So like if someone moves out you could potentially see them on the mystery island tours

amiibo is like the pass go and collect a bajillion dollars of acnh, so if u ever want a villager guaranteed than thats ur best bet. the issue is that if u kick out a villager ur going to rescan in with an amiibo card, it'll be like that villager has never known u.

Yeah, because now it broadens my options on who to kick out because hamlet was being stubborn and didn't want to move, so now i can allow for more villagers to kick out since the ones i have in mind, i already have their pictures.
