Villager Cycling question ???

Okay so, when you finish cycling for a villager do you have to get them from someone elses town? Or does anyone know from experience or just for sure that if I reset the campsite or house plots they will show up again and I can get them that way. 'Cause I don't have an uchi villager right now, and the game is going to have me choose from an uchi and I finished cycling for Tammy a while ago. So will she show up this way or is that not possible since I've already had her before? Will I have to get her to move in again from someone else?? Or will it only be the campsite whatever.

She should be able to come in from any of the options since she was essentially erased from your towns memory,

I think you'll have to get her from someone else or wait for them to appear in the campsite/random move in. (That is if I understood your actually question properly ~ if not then sorry my bad) :S

That's what I was thinking but last time I tried this it was being really picky about getting her to show up. So I wasn't sure if I was just unlucky with getting her name to show up that time or if it wasn't possible. I hope it is though.

Most likely just unlucky since you have a 1 in whatever the amount of uchi's there are chance to get her back, and since it's random chance, it could be very well against your favor.

Well I'll be resetting all tonight to get her and I'll check if that's right. Hopefully it is

How many villagers do you have right now? The game will only give you a random move-in if you're down to 8 villagers. If you have 9, you can also get a villager moving in from street-pass or wi-fi but you won't be able to reset for them.
