Villager Advice?

So I decided to try to move out flora.
I have had her since June 11th, but she was my last villager to move in,
will she ever request to move out?
I don't want to move out any other villagers :/
Or will I have to live with having her in my town?

It depends on how you got her.
If you got her from the campsite or asked her to move in from a friend's town, then she will eventually ask to move.
However, if you street passed her or if she was a random move-in after coming back up from 8 villagers, then unfortunately you will have to live with having her in your town. I had to make that tough decision in my old town because I really didn't want Bill (he's nice, but had moved in right on my path). I regretted having moved out someone to get rid of him, but don't let my experience influence ya.

I read somewhere that the most recent villager that moved in is impossible to move out..

I got her from a friends town.
Went and asked her to move in.

I'm using a technique that i have always used, and has never failed me when trying to move out a villager

It's not impossible. She'll eventually move out. Just other villagers are gonna ask before she does. But nobody else has to move for her to ask.

hopeful she's asks soon!
I created a new villagers (had to take out some of my bushes D: )
and doing the technique where I don't talk to her but talk to everyone else everyday
so far maple and diana have both asked
I'm on day 8!

Idk but my 10th villager moved in and then asked to move out like 4 days later o-o he came from my campsite so to me its pretty random, even if they're your 10th, they can still ask to move out.

Villager move outs are so random... But getting StreetPass villagers to move out is incredibly hard. Not sure why. So use your method and you should be fine.

I actually stumbled across her while helping my friend who recently got ACNL determine what villagers he should shoot for.
He likes cats (and is obsessed with my cats) so wanted an all cat town.
I looked at them and saw her and fell in love!
Plus she matches my town a lot more!

I haven't gotten any neighbors through street pass. I have always chosen who I want to move in!
Still working on moving flora out!

It's not IMPOSSIBLE for the recent villager to move out, it's just extremely hard and takes a long time. It's also probably not worth risking losing your other villagers.

I remember awhile back...
The most recent villager I had was Stitches (Dreamie) and I was TTing to try to get out Lucy. Stitches still pinged me. So yeah, it's definitely not impossible, but it's really rare.

What is the best way to get cycle?
I am doing the create a new villager technique, that way i am still talking to all my other villagers, but I still am not having luck
