Village Popularity = How much TBT?

Hello everyone! I hope you all are doing well and staying safe!

So I recently saw the Villager Popularity Guide. I know that the tiers are broken down and then identified by how popular each villager is equalling to their cost. I noticed however, that the price listed is usually in NMT.

So I was wondering. How much would the villagers cost if they were to translate their tiers into TBT? Is there already a guide stating how the general idea is of their worth in TBT?

The villager popularity guide has not been updated since May I believe. Also demand for villagers might have gone down as a whole with a lot of people giving them away for free and people have already acquired their dream villagers.
