Views about the ACNL rain

I love it in real life but hate it in the game. The sound effects things make when you walk or drop things grosses me out tbh

It's fine once in a while (the music is cute) but I get tired of the overcast sky :< haha I agree with Namstar, the sound of digging, footsteps etc. is gross-sounding!!! xD

I love the rain because it's not something you get to see every day in New Leaf. Especially when there's lots of thunder and lightning! It's super peaceful imo ♪(๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑)♪ I only hate it when it rains constantly for a long period of time. That's usually when I get bored of the rain ;;

Eh, I'm indifferent. Not really a huge fan of when it rains, but at the same time I don't dislike it either. For some reason I liked it in the GameCube version, I guess the music maybe? Because of this thread I'm listening to it as I type this.

I love the feel of the rain. Especially around the night, morning era. I just get that real feel of comfort, that brightens me up if I'm having a bad day! Sadly I don't get that much rain, but when I do, I just feel so relaxed and relieved. ^.^

I also love the music that goes with the stormy, rainy weather, too.

I don't like the rain. It's always cloudy when it rains and that makes the entire town just look so darn gloomy and depressing! I do like how the music changes and the sound of walking/running, but that's it. I much prefer clear and sunny weather.

My character wears a frog hat so when I run around in the rain without my umbrella I feel like a real frog villager... Okay, not really but you know what I mean. I really like the rain, it's soothing.

I get really sad when the villagers tell me they want it to stop and then say things that suggests I'm agreeing with them. Because I'm not! I wish it would rain more in the game. It rains so little for some reason in my game.
I do wish we could hold the umbrella AND a tool at the same time though. It would be so cute with an umbrella while we are digging away for fossils for example

I like the rain in NL, not so much in real life. But the little splashy sounds when you walk and the different music make it sound so dreamlike, it's hard to be grumpy about the rain. I just pull out an umbrella and do my thing.

The snow is really pretty too.

I love rain in-game, not so much in real life. Yesterday in my town it rained and I like how when you enter buildings you can hear the rain hitting the roof or when you're walking you can hear the sound of the mud squelching underneath your feet. I'm not completely sure how my villagers feel about it, though. Sprinkle and Monique hate it but the others didn't badmouth it at all, so I assume indifferent to it.

I love it when it rains in my game! <3 for some reason, it barely ever rains, though. my town's weather is usually mostly sunny, or overcast without rain.
