URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator, which basically points to a specific location on the internet.

So, basically what it is asking for is the URL that points to the movie file in question (in MP4 format).

Well, it depends. It sounds rather like it's asking for something already on the internet, so you'll need to know where something in that format is, unless you have your own hosting space to link to.

If you want to convert to H.264/MP4 format, then Quicktime X works pretty well with that format. After that, to get the URI for it, you will need to upload it to a web host.
