Video Screen?

I was wandering through my town just now when Drift jumped out at me from behind a conveniently placed tree and suggested I install a Video Screen in the town!

What on earth is a video screen? Has anyone got one in there town?

I actually think that this community project would be incredible if you could insert your own patterns into the screen... But just building a big electronic bill board for no reason? Uh, no. I would rather build a garbage can, serves more of a purpose.

I saw someone using it as a "cinema", y'know, those outdoor cinemas? They added benched in front of it. It was pretty neat (and cute!)
