Video game motion sickness

i don't really get motion sickness from video games. i don't recall ever having an experience like that

I usually don't get motion sickness from games, but playing xenoblade chronicles on the 3ds made me feel dizzy with a slight headache. It's a huge game on a small console, so it makes sense. The graphics are kinda blurry too

I get it with games that have a lot of water.
Like, if I'm living on a house boat in sims 3

Always. I get motion sickness just playing to ACNL, it took me a month to get used to it. It's like that with pretty much all video games, IMAX movies etc. We just got a new TV and I can't watch it yet, it's just 43" but it makes me sick watching it.

I was so excited when I first got Epic Mickey. I started feeling nausea. I thought I was getting sick so i took a break after about 15mins. I went back to play again and it happened again.
I've never gotten motion sick from a game before but i figured it out. Its the weird camera controls that got me all dizzy. Never touched it again after that.

I don't for most games. Portal and Mirror's Edge are two I've found this happens with. But I can't use the 3D on the 3DS at all on any games. In only a few minutes it makes me feel dizzy and I get a really bad headache.

I get this all the time but mostly only with 3Dish games. I can't even stand to watch minecraft because it just makes me feel dizzy, and I was trying out tera before with my brother but I couldn't continue playing because of a headache :(

I don't ever get video-game or movie motion sickness. Even if I'm moving, or the screen is moving, I don't get sick.

I used to get sick when I play payday but now it's fineee. I don't even know why one day I just stopped feeling sick. I think lighting has alot to do with it too as well. Dim lighting makes me more susceptible to feeling sick. I realised that when I on more lights I dont really get sick

I only get motion sickness in games like Halo, or FPS games. That's mostly because you have to react quickly to the situation and that means turning quickly in every direction. It doesn't go well with me. If possible I always try to be last in line and snipe from afar. That way I can see almost everything and can shoot without the screen going all over the place (I'm guilty of just shooting around in circles if caught surrounded by bad guys). I don't like watching people play first person shooter games unless they're pretty stable and aren't looking around ALL the time. I also can't play games in the game, being in motion while playing games gets me sick, which is funny because I use to be able to play games on road trips when I was younger.

I have suffered with that in the past. I hadn't realised it was a thing either until it happened to me and I read up about it.
It was when I went to an arcade/bowling alley thing. I was using one of those cars that you have the road on the screen in front of you moving, basically like driving a real car.
I got terribly nauseous and ended up being sick in the toilets after. That was about 10 years ago now though, I don't know whether I would fill suffer with it now but I do get car sickness so I'd guess it wouldn't have changed that much

so i can play dishonored and portal for hours

but minecraft can get me sick in 5 mins ;-;
