Username change?

I bought the Manual Username Change item using shells, and in the description it says to go to the Username Change subforum under the Contact Staff forum. (Or something similar.) Am I looking in the wrong place? I can?t find this subforum anywhere.

(I apologize if this isn?t the place for this thread- I saw other users post questions and the like here so I figured it was okay to put this here.)
