User Title in Shop Always SOLD OUT, But How...

Every time I check the User Title change option in the shop, it's sold out, but I've seen several ppl change their title several times, so I go back to check and it's still sold out!
Do I have to do something to get it to not be sold out for me? Does it restock in a certain time of day and it's so popular that it just seeeemss it's always sold out?

Pretty sure that every gets it for free now, which is why it's sold out. Have you tried changing your title in Settings?

Yep, it's free. You can change it under Settings --> Edit Profile
