User Title colour change?

Sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm new to actually buying stuff in the shop here in the forums! I bought the colour change thing, but I don't know how to actually use it. Anybody?

Or make a support thread in the Contact the Staff board, that way all the staff members can see it.
