User Title bug?

Okay, so I went to change my user title the other day, from "Trick-or-Treater" to "Just a kid being a kid." But, what I'm wondering is why it has all this extra stuff in it like < span style FFBF00 etc?
Is there a way to fix this, or do I just have to change my user title again? I don't think it's very pretty at all...

Ah, my boyfriend got that bug once and fixed it by doing this:

Settings > Edit profile > Re-type your title > Save
