User colour change

Round 2 of me being stupid and not knowing how to do things
I've bought the title colour change but I have no idea how to use it- is it just me who can't seem to find instructions for things anywhere?
any help is greatly appreciated

Locate it in your inventory, then click configure. It wil take you go a Page which lets you enter your desired color. You have to out a bed code in. Make sure you put a hashtag (#) infront.
