Okay! So today I have a villager in boxes, and currently awaiting for someone to claim her. I looked in the camp and Diana's there >.> will I be able to grab Diana when the boxed villager is claimed and her house says "Moved Out."?

No. The house disapears at 6AM, but that is also when the villager in the campsite does.
