Not quite sure what you mean but instead of using https://i.nintendo.net on your 3DS, you can use this website. It saves having to have Twitter/Tumblr account

Cool! I'm perfectly happy with posting on Twitter, but I do wish I could post to Tumblr, I haven't been able to log in at all because some parts of Tumblr's login page never seem to load properly for me.

Yep. It uploads an image from your 3DS to imgur (an image hosting site), and it gives you a URL which you can then use to post the image online.
