Upload image file failed (attach AND link method?)

What's going on? 'I'm trying to attach a picture and it keeps saying upload file failed. It's the correct format, and I even tried a different format and picture. This also happens when I try to attach via link. Odd that it won't work for both methods.

File size is probably too large. It's easiest to host externally with "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" unchecked, and doesn't cost any Bells either. Plus the TBT reduces PNGs to a useless size, though the JPEG compression is fine.
