Updates?

It seems like recently that Nintendo has not had anymore updates for current channels. Ya know, like they had for the web channel and the photo channel? I hope they are going to have a update for the Mii channel. That would be nice.

Also, do you think they will start making online games that you can BUY downloadable content. Like they have for some of the WiiWare game? Like Megaman 9 and My Life As A King.

They had a small update for the mii channel not long ago. I can;t remember what it was though.

It was built into a wii system update. It allowed you to move your own creations to the Mii Parade, basically allowing you to have unlimited miis.

As for updates, there really isn't much they can update. A hard drive solution that isn't stupid would be nice, but good luck with that. Nintendo is generally all about innovation, but sometimes the innovate too much.

well they have the memory cards for the wii. I wish we could do more on the mii channel then just make faces. Like change clothes, shoes, add arm stuff. ETC.

What are you talking about? The wii doesn't even have memory cards.

Sure you can put SD cards in, put you can't load anything from the SD card.

I think I recall that, and I think they were talking about the potential of the channel, not that its actually confirmed to happen or anything.

You can't load games on them. I belive that's what he was referring to.

The 3.4 update just modified the Shop Channel a little bit. Just changed a few minior things, as far as I know.

Hmm a hard drive is one thing... but how about a QUANTUM NEUTRINO PHOTOSYNTHETIC MEMORY STORAGE UNIT! although it is still theoretical, and by theoretical I mean I made it up, and by I made it up I mean Nintendo is working on it.....may be.

Seriously though, there is a USB port, just make it so that a portable hard drive can connect!

The WiiSpeak Channel will be coming out soon. I think you only get it if you buy WiiSpeak though. And from what I heard Nintendo is trying to make it where you can play VC games off a SD card.
