Updates to the Able Sisters board

I've just finished some final changes to the Able Sisters board in preparation for the impending release of Animal Crossing: New Leaf. The major change that you should all be aware of is the separation of patterns created by TBTers at TBT, and patterns re-posted here from other websites. (Tumblr, Twitter, Japanese blogs, etc)

We want to shift the focus over to patterns which are created by forum members here. So from now on, patterns which you did not create yourself, must be posted in the From Other Sites sub board.
