Unwanted Neighbors

Does anyone want any of my neighbors on CF? We could try to get them to move to your town. Here's a list of the ones I don't really care for:
Pippy
Biskit
Bettina
Mac (told me today he wants to move)
Hopper

I doubt this'd work too well, I wouldn't mind Hopper though

It works if you do it right! All i have to do is hit him around a bunch or push him, and complain about him to the town hall, and you come over and talk to him a few times and he will move to your town in a few days.

If you complain at the town hall, nothing special will happen. Their catchphrase will be resetted or they start to behave nicer, but they don't move!
