as title says. HOWEVER, i'm encountering some problems with my current ISP and people have been finding it difficult to enter my town.

i would like to try asking different people to enter my town, so if one person can't enter, another interested person can try. if 3 people cannot enter my town, julian will be voided, as this means i won't be able to trade him out to anyone

thanks for understanding, everyone. i really hope julian can go to a good new home, as he is one of my favorites!

EDITED: he is now free to a good home, to anyone who can enter my town to get him! i only require that you have at least ten 100% wifi ratings.

EDITED 2: due to unforeseen circumstances, i'll only be online for the next hour! i hope someone can get him before i log off for the day!

hi there! at the moment i'm prioritizing people with high wifi rating...but as i mentioned, i'm having trouble getting people into my town. so if after 3 people with higher wifi rating can't get in, you're welcome to try!

A suggestion; if no one can connect to your town why not void him, then visit someone and if they have a free slot, there's no reason they shouldn't get him.

that's something i can try, but i've heard it's a little risky. there's a chance the person won't get him either. although i really haven't tried it, i just don't want to get somebody else's hopes up too much!

i've even tried the connection tweak tutorial on the official nintendo website, but that didn't work either... and the tutorial says when that happens, it's an ISP problem. i guess it is an ISP problem when it lets some people in and others not.
