Oh well you already heard me mention it , the octoling world is different than inklings would think, each "stage" has a troop of octolings and other octarians with a leader commanding them.
oh whatever guess I'll have to make peace with inklings sooner than I thought...
the leader disappeared about a month before agent 8's arrival to the surface
