Unlocking the Dream Suite Internet requirement?

Hi all, just a quick question since Google is giving me mixed results. To unlock the Dream Suite do I need to have connected with another player at least once, or is it just that the system needs to have connected to the Internet in general? I found a quick start guide that said the latter but general reports are not very clear. If anyone has a confirmed answer that'd be fab! Thanks!

Not sure if you still need an answer but I'm pretty sure the console just needs to be connected to the internet. I remember unlocking mine soon after starting playing and I didn't play online with people for years after I bought it. Hope this was helpful!
