I know that in order to unlock the QR machine in Sables Sisters, you need to talk to her 7-14 days straight. Is there a faster way of doing this? I'd like to make mule accounts/other characters so that I can have more paths for my town. Has anyone ever tried TTing every day to talk to her? Or another method?

What I did for my mule was TT 1 day forward at a time. Every 3-4 days, I would go on my mayor and walk around, looking for villager move-out pings. Once I got someone to ping me their moveout, I would say no and continue on with TTing on my mule to unlock the QR machine pretty quickly.

>.> Sounds like a good plan to me. After you unlocked the QR machine, did you TT back to the original date/time? And if so, when you TT'd back, was that mule still able to use the QR machine?

XD And do you think it'd be possible to do this with 2 mules at a time? Maybe just 1 right?

I think it still works if you TT back after you get the machine.
Normally, I just get the unlocking process done with all my mules
at the same time, one of them sets the date ahead, talks to Sable,
and then I log in with the other mule and talk to Sable with that one.
Rinse and reapeat.

And you haven't experienced any drawbacks to it? o-o I seriously want to do what you just said. I just need 2 more mules to unlock the QR machine.

TTing back counts as 1 day forward in game ((except shop stock normally stays the same as the day it was in the game for that day)) no matter how many days you travel back. So the QR machine should still be there.

Also, you wouldn't have to walk around as mayor for villagers to ping about moving and stop them.
If you have introduced yourself and talked a villager with a side character, they will still ping a side character to tell them they are moving.

Alright, thank you :)
Looks like I'm ready to TT now. xU

I only suggest having your mayor do it because your villagers will occasionally talk about the other residents ("I haven't seen mule in a while" "I hear mule is a so and so") Personally, I just find it annoying, but not introducing yourself to them will make unlocking the QR faster.
