✦ I will guide you to the villager's house. If you wander away, the trade will be canceled and you will not get your villager.
✦ You can pay after receiving your villager.
✦ Tier 4 and 5 villagers are auto-voided unless lurked for
✦ You may reserve 1 villager I have for a fee. This guarantees you get them when they move.
✦ 5 TBT= 1 hour of holding
✦ You may lurk for up to 3 villagers
✦ Tier 1 and 2 villagers may be bid on. I will state the starting bid when they're in boxes
