Undertale- NEED HELP ON ASGORE

Hey everyone!

So this is my first playthrough of undertale and I am doing pacifist. The idiot that I was, i threw out the worn dagger not knowing I had no choice but to fight him, so now im pretty much doomed. I havent done more damage than a fourth of his health, and Im really stuck on his fight. I bought a bunch of starfaits and TEM FLAKESSSSSS but other than that im pretty much doomed here. Im actually considering resetting my game, lol. Any suggestions or tips on how to beat him?

You can completely skip the fight by losing to the boss, and heading out of the core and head over to Undyne, do the True Lab questline, then fighting Asgore.

I did the same mistake but like the way I did it was eat the pie so that his attack and defense lowers a lot and then keep dodging and attacking

You can do the following:

Git gud

If you killed nobody, keep talking to him.
If you still have buttspie, eat it.

Bratty and Catty sell the empty gun. Which should be the most accessible weapon.

If all goes to worst, hack your dagger back, or just go and talk to Undyne in Snowdin, as mentioned prior.

I remember raging at this fight because I absolutely suck at bullet hells, and I was on my last run about to give up when I beat him.

Now the end boss fight of the genocide run. HOO BOY
I pretty much stood there as it started with my mouth gaping open lol. I watched the ending on youtube xD
