Hi we purchased based animal crossing new horizons for my son 3 days ago and although we have subscribed ect it will not let him visit a friends island . It comes up with error code 2618-0513 and says unable to connect to other consoles Nat traversal process failed. We have rebooted the switch and the wifi but no joy were at a loss as to what to do now. Any idea or help is appreciated thanks

Probably a problem with your internet. My wifi is pretty bad so when I travel to other islands, I set up a hotspot on my mobile phone and connect to that. It doesn't use much data, but I don't do much island visiting.
