Unable to get PWPs from one specific villager?

So the one uchi in my town refuses to fork over any PWPs, and those are the only ones I want to finish my town. I've been doing the swimming trick a few hours a day for the past week and though she'll ping me sometimes, it's never with a PWP. That's about 30 hours trying the swimming trick (properly, pockets full and TTing and such) with her and getting zero PWPs!

Although if a villager spots me on my way to her trench prison, it's always with a PWP. Always! What's the deal? Am I just insanely unlucky or is she rioting against my town?

Muffy, why do you hate me so. Anyone else have a stubborn citizen?

Sometimes they can be stubborn like that. I wanted my jock to give me the bonfire pwp and every-time he pinged me it was for stupid questions or whatever. 'Yo bro! Aren't muscle cramps the best!?' I feel your pain.

Maybe try to up with friendship with her? It'll increase the chances of getting pings, at least...
